Important Notice

No refunds will be issued for inclement weather, acts of God, early departures, or unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all reservations.

Cancellation Policies

Policies vary by accommodation type. All cancellation timelines are measured from your check-in date.

RV & Tent Site Cancellations

14+ days before: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
7–14 days before: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
No-shows: Forfeit entire reservation

Luxury & Spa Site Cancellations

30+ days before: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
14–30 days before: 75% refund
7–14 days before: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

Cabin Cancellations

30+ days before: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
14–30 days before: 75% refund
7–14 days before: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

Holiday & Rally Reservations

All rally dates: Non-refundable
Memorial Day / July 4th / Labor Day: Non-refundable
Full prepayment required: At time of booking
No exceptions: Policy strictly enforced
Guidelines

Park Rules

Help us keep Rush No More safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park

Pets must be leashed at all times. Clean up after your pet.

NO WOOD FIRES ALLOWED — we back up to Forest Service land. Propane and charcoal only.

Maximum 2 vehicles per site. Extra vehicles $10/day.
