We understand that plans can change. Here are our policies to help you make informed decisions about your reservation.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Please contact us directly to modify or cancel your reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
NO REFUNDS will be issued for inclement weather, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: rain, snow, wind, fires, floods, and other natural disasters.
RV & Tent Site Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: NO REFUND
- No-shows forfeit entire reservation
Luxury & Spa Site Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before arrival: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days: NO REFUND
Cabin Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before arrival: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days: NO REFUND
Holiday Cancellation Policies
Holiday periods have special cancellation terms:
Sturgis Rally & Summer Holidays
- 60+ days before: Full refund
- 30-60 days: 75% refund
- 7-30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: NO REFUND
Winter Holidays & Weekends
- Non-refundable deposit required
- Remainder refundable 30+ days out
- Higher rates may apply

- A 50% deposit is required at booking
- Balance due 14 days before arrival
- All prices include 6% SD state tax

- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Late checkout available (fees apply)
