The Small Print about Cancellations
Any reservation is a contractual agreement between you and us. When we reserve an RV site, tent site or cabin for you, we actually take it off the market for the time-frame you reserved.
Even though we may have subsequent requests from other prospective campers for your site and on these dates, we save the site just for you – even if it means turning those other customers away. Please review our policies below.
In fairness to all of our campers and to keep prices affordable all of our cancellation rules will be enforced. By making a reservation online or by phone you agree to these posted Cancellation Policies.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
"Subletting, selling or transferring reservations is prohibited and will result in cancellation of reservation and non-admittance to campground."
RV and Tent Site Cancellations - Non Rally
For Regular RV Sites: First night non-refundable deposit required at registration. Balance is charged on day of arrival.
For Luxury, Spa Sites, and Cabins: A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit required at reservation. The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged 10 days prior to arrival.
No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Luxury and Spa Site Cancellations - Non Rally
For luxury, spa sites, and cabins a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit required at reservation. The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged 10 days prior to arrival.
Cabin Cancellations
For cabins a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit required at reservation. The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged 10 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Cancellation Policies
* Holiday/Peak Season including but not limited to Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Special Events (Other than Bike Rally).
Tent & RV Sites:
- First night non-refundable deposit required
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior
- Full stay charged at cancellation
- NO EXCEPTIONS / NO REFUNDS
Luxury, Spa & Cabins:
- 50% non-refundable deposit required
- Cancellations MUST be made by phone/email 30 days before
- Full stay charged at cancellation
- NO EXCEPTIONS / NO REFUNDS
General Terms & Conditions
Property Notice
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities. Management reserves the right to remove guests for violation of park policy with NO REFUND.
Photography & Images
Any photos or images taken on our grounds may be used for promotional purposes on our website. By staying on our property, you agree to our use of your images for these purposes. We do not share personally identifiable information other than photos for promotional purposes.
Confirmation Requirements
To guarantee your reservation, we require a reply email in response to your confirmation. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy, deposit requirements, and park expectations. We may send you updates and offers to your email. If you do not have access to an email account, we must receive a signed copy of this confirmation letter.
